Conscientious and concerted effort to serve others brings great blessings.

Domestic violence robbed me of my self esteem. It
burdened me with mental, physical, and emotional
torturous pain. I kept these feelings inside
for over 30 yrs. About a year ago I choose to end
the constant depression, anger and guilt.
I found professional intervention. After being
diagnosed with PTSD, I made a commitment to
myself to support others dealing with the pain of domestic violence. Through prayer and the support from my church, I have been strengthened. Making a concerted effort to be aware of others around me
who I can share the blessings that God has afforded me. Yes you can have a happy life after abuse. The Bible says, in life you will have tribulation... The Lord is saying it's not easy but its worth it.
